House Rules

• Linen Change: Bed linen and towels are changed at the end of each stay or weekly for longer stays, in accordance with local regulations. If you have any special requests, please let us know.

• Quiet Hours: Please respect the peace of our neighbors and avoid making noise after 11:00 PM. Parties are strictly prohibited.

• No Smoking: This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the premises.

• Kitchen Use: The kitchen and its equipment are at your disposal. Please make sure the gas is turned off after use and wash any dishes and utensils immediately, as the kitchen is shared with other guests.

• Check-Out Time: Please respect the check-out time. Access codes will be deactivated automatically 30 minutes after check-out.

• Luggage Storage: If you need to store your luggage after check-out, let us know in advance, and we will arrange it for you.

• Waste Sorting: Please separate your waste into plastic, glass, paper, organic, and general waste.
